Leadership with technical depth.

I work where engineering strategy meets implementation: building teams, shaping architecture, and translating complex business requirements into software people can use.

At GraceAI, I lead the technical vision, architecture, product strategy, and engineering team behind an AI document platform. Before Grace, I built Signot’s software from its early days through nationwide expansion and led a remote engineering team at Atomic Infotech.

I enjoy developing engineering teams while staying directly involved in system design, simplifying complex domains, and making the technical decisions that shape the platform.

AI-powered SaaS for document workflows in Mexican notary offices.

  • Lead technical vision, architecture, product strategy, and the engineering team.
  • Designed a multi-tenant microservices platform on AWS EKS, with NestJS, Python, Temporal, and Angular.
  • Built a pipeline that learns from each notary's historical documents to personalize drafting, with per-tenant inference profiles and LLM observability.

Notarial software developed from one state's requirements into a nationwide platform.

  • Started as the initial software engineer and took responsibility for technical direction, infrastructure, software architecture, and team leadership.
  • Led internal and external engineering teams on a financial institution project that made notarial workflows visible through process tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinated the adoption of Agile practices and designed infrastructure and software architecture for high availability and long-term product needs.

Built ingestion for digital and scanned PDFs, including OCR normalization, and a pipeline that uses historical legal documents to generate drafts in each notary's style. A separate multi-agent system automates mortgage instruction configuration.

Visibility across the notarial process

Led delivery of software requiring each notarial process step to be reported, giving a financial institution visibility into progress through targeted reports. Coordinated Signot's engineering team with an external team.
